job launch at cu05 fail

Found that no job is launched at cu05 despite being assigned to a user
SSH to cu05 from user account is unresponsive
SSH to cu05 from root successful, however, when quiting ssh, broken pipe received
Found other users' shell also being stuck
Attempted ssh reboot but no sign of being rebooted
Marked offline

The origin of this issue is not clarified.
