support uniprot info retrieval #15

Uniprot offers important info such as active sites. csubst can exploit the Uniprot API to automatically retrieve such info from homologous proteins on the database.

Retrieval of the AlphaFold structure by UniProt ID is supported. The active site info should be done in the future.
