The visualized sites should be the same as shown in the protein structure, and may be organized as: convergent sites, blank, divergent sites.

Hi Kenji, thank you for developing csubst. Can you show us how to plot this figure by csubst?

This is not a part of CSUBST yet, but I plan to include an R visualization script using ggtree in the future. FYI, this is a prototype script that generated the above plot. csubst_visualization.r.zip
