Add Cash deposit/withdrawal tracking #9

We want to track cash deposits/withdrawals to compare portfolio performance with simply holding the cash. This should be plotted on same chart as portfolio performance.

This will be tough; not tracking dividends so keeping track of how much cash in portfolio at any given time will be tough. Also, not all deposits and withdrawals are well-documented.

This might be doable now, as we're tracking historical cash balance. But, dividends are still not tracked.

We've added a graph showing the cash holdings over time (dividends are not tracked), and cash position is now visible in the portfolio breakdown pie charts.
