Extend documentation with examples of WoT logical sources #10

The current documentation of the YARRRML spec provides examples of logical sources like files or SQL databases.

Having examples of WoT logical sources like MQTT, Kafka, or Web APIs would be very helpful for YARRRML users and developers of KGC materializers. I suggest to align these examples with those shown in the RML-IO spec: https://kg-construct.github.io/rml-io/spec/docs/#source-examples
