I can't upload dump data on my 360 mobile analog card. Thank you! Android 6.0

Is that a mifare classic 1k or 4k card dump? And your ChameleonMini is RevE version?

upload dump not working for v1.2 firmware

Modal: Oneplus 3T OS: LineageOS 15.1 (Android 8.1)

Ok, I forgot say. It's only support MCT format now. I tested 1.2 firmware. That work fine. I'll support *.bin file next release.
