Updates to CSV export format #102

From Ryan: App looks great and the notification system works well. Really looking forward to deploying in the schools.

For the CSV file, can we add another column or something to see the following information (in addition to what the file already provides):

  1. What is typed into each step of STOP and DAILY diary
  2. Which "O" is chosen in Worryheads
  3. The challenge(s) they completed for STIC

This is already completed. The new version does export all this data.
