The goal of using this option is to get original pixels from image.
For example:
Scene render width: 384px
I add an image of 851px width (it is bigger than render size)
I press T to give it the Transform Tool
The image is scaled to render width automatically.
I check "None" for interpolation to see pixels.
Now, when I scale it to a bigger size (x6), original pixels are lost.
Now, I duplicate that image with Transform Tool, but I check "Image Offset" in source. Transform Tool scale values are wrong now, I have to tweak them (X half value (x3) and Y stay at the same) to see it well (*), like this:
(*) these are not the only values that it is necessary to change. After checking on Image Offset, the image is cropped to half size. Now, I really don't know how to achieve the correct result.
