Great job on your project! You were able to craft clean and correct code for each task. Though there were some objectives that could have been accomplished with slightly simpler code, your project works extremely well. You went to extra lengths to craft additional data visualizations and charts to better draw out various trends. If you are interested in delving deeper into data visualization design, I would suggest reading The Visual Display of Quantitative Information by Edward Tufte.

On your presentation: I like the background images you chose - they add some charm. You use some underlining and color changes to bring to attention some important points. I think you could've gone further with this. For example:

For this slide you could have possibly bolded the different conservation statuses (Species of concern, endangered, threatened, etc.) This would line up nicely with the bar chart you created which uses these statuses. For the results of your two chi-square tests, you include a table comparing all of the animal categories. I think it would be fine to include this whole table once and then use tables that compare your two main groups of conern for each chi-square test.
