Sector Probe counts on F7 #126

Add info to expanded F7 screen displaying the number of friendly and enemy probes in a sector. This would follow in the same theme currently used to show the helium and tech rocks. If there's not enough room in the current display for the different probe icons, will need to enlarge the F7 screen to hold them.

Just as addition:

Probe count includes Towers (AC Towers, TF Plasma Gens, Rix Pods).

Technically it's correct, but it may confuses other people and my call it more or less a bug.

re-opened to fix the "bug" pkk mentions above and also to draw : in the team's color instead of "Probes:"
