Garbled / white noise picture on some SiS (Unknown model) #39

This should be closed (WONTFIX) if there is no DX9 support from the mfg.

SiS671, SiS671FX, SiS672, SiS672FX, SiSM671, SiSM671MX, SiSM672, SiSM672MX on '''Win7''' is also supported.
