간헐적으로 발생하는 이슈입니다.

해당 이슈 발생시 modal 창 사라지지 않으며

INIStdPay.$modalDivMsg 값도 Null입니다.

죄송합니다. script load하는 부분과 race condition 이슈인 것 같습니다. 자체 해결 해보겠습니다.
