Creating a folder on the root causes a '-1' to appear #2

When using the GUI and creating a new book, a -1 gets appended to the beginning causing issues.

Current workaround is to create new folder on file system.

Fix will be to detect root node at creation time and handle appropriately.

Be sure to add a Readme.md to your root folder in order for it to show in the tree.
