Add a little button to preview the instructions/debrief.

This will involve adding a new modal (like in query page modals) and writing some javascript to interpret the typed text as HTML.

It adds a button like this:

Of course, more bug fixes.

[ ] Replace "HTML Preview" with "Instructions"
[ ] Make the instructions appear exactly the same on the query and modal popup
[ ] Maybe use <h4>...</h4> as the default text?
