header/nav links missing #4

Expected behavior

Enabling the plugin does not affect header/nav links (underlined here in red)

Observed behavior

Enabling v0.2.2 (and maybe earlier) means that the nav bar, with Header submenus and also Sun/Moon icon (theme color switcher) disappears.

This appears to have been fixed by 👆 #5 — but #1 is still an issue
