Redmine home url #2

My home for redmine is http://localhost/redmine however the links on the issue list on the home page point to http://localhost/issues/{issue_id} instead of http://localhost/redmine/issues/{issue_id}. How can I set the full url for my redmine home?

Also changing settings in Administration/Latest Issues are resulting in "Not Found" error. (no changes are saved) No errors in production.log

Same issue for me with the URL's but I get an internal server error trying to access the Administration/Latest Issues. I'm using Redmine 2.2.0 stable.
