If a info box is showed, layout and orientation in overview shall be configurable at one place. Tha does the redmine_blocks_layout":https://github.com/tastapod/redmine_blocks_layout for every plugin which wants to use it.
Additionally there are plugins which extend for new info boxes, like "redmine_polls":https://github.com/rubynovich/redmine_polls and "redmine_last_messages":https://github.com/NEXSTEP/redmine_last_messages
This plugin shall be integrated also to support redmine_blocks_layout":https://github.com/tastapod/redmine_blocks_layout
