Asset tracks/position don't agree between different machines #111

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open odss.mbari.org on machine A, running Windows/Chrome

  1. Open odss.mbari.org on machine B, running MacOS/Firefox
  2. Note location and tracks displayed on both machines What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect both displays should show identical asset tracks and positions on the map. Instead the MacOS/Firefox display seemed to be "old". Clicked on the MacOS/Firefox "live mode" checkmark once, and nothing changed. Clicked again and tracks for all assets appeared to update in multiple steps, finally in agreement with Windows/Chrome after about 30 seconds. The flashing during update was very distracting.
