odss should remember layers and platforms preferences #112

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Open odss url 2.Uncheck undesired platforms and layers from lists on left 3.Close odss url 4.Re-open odss url What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It would be great if odss could "remember" which platforms and layers I don't want to see. Instead all platforms and layers are checked when the url is opened. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Please provide any additional information below.
