observation from iSciLog has funky timecode #92

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. use iSciLog in the afternoon to record an observation

  1. check in ODSS observations panel
  2. note that the observation records as if sent 12 hours previously in the AM What is the expected output? What do you see instead? expect to see time of observation using 24 hour time or registering as PM. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? iSciLog on iOS 5.1.1 on iPhone 3G (using wifi for networking) Please provide any additional information below. see observation 05/15/2012 03"42"26 which was actually sent 03:42:26PM...
