Create Polls: Option to Disable "Enter your own choice" button #221

When creating polls one could be allowed to disable the "Enter your own choice" option.

Detected when creating a poll that already lists the 5 teams, and no more option should be made available.

also a small bug fix needed that puts space in the title of the poll after the ":".
