Package structure does not adhere to group id #12

Bug

The package structure wasn't set correctly for the change to the group id: io.github.kgress. Because of this, the deploy failed since javadoc couldn't generate any files from org.scaffold.

Expected

Update the package structure to adhere to the group id.
