Failed deploys due to permissions

Releases are currently broken in Scaffold. A ticket was opened in Sonatype to ascertain the reason. That ticket can be found here: https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-90530.

Scaffold was migrated to a new Sonatype server: https://s01.oss.sonatype.org/. Because of this, we need to create a new account onthat server and update the scaffold configuration with the new target.

Expected

Scaffold releases should succeed against: https://s01.oss.sonatype.org/

• Create a new account and any new api keys on https://s01.oss.sonatype.org/
• Scaffold should be updated with the new deployment target on the root POM
