cookies are not captured from smartphones. the rt cookie is for only web browsers. is there is any way to get cookies from smartphone devices too ?

What do you mean by smartphones cookies? you need to tell us more what is your operating system did you setup Evilginx with valid domain and all details you could provide so we can help you.
