How can I access my page from ip direct #1060

Hello I want to access evilginx page from my server ip direct.

Asssuming my server ip is 165.52.0.12, when I open this IP in browser it should display evilginx phishlet.

I am looking for this so I can add DNS record A withtout configuring domain

then you dont need dns if you are not using domain.
