when i enter the paypal it shows only a few seconds then it puts me on about:blank #926

hey hope you are doing well , so in the beginning i copied my lures url and pasted it on my search bar , i got the window paypal and just few seconds i can tell 1 second suddenly i got a black window and the url changed to about:blank , so i saw that on my terminal when i run the ssh vps a few errors that the ip is blocked , i did searches and as a result i got the problem ip blocking fixed by clearning the contained of the blacklist.txt file and runningthe command blacklist unauth and blacklist off thats it ... but unfortunately the problem of about:blank that i had still exist and when i reload its come back but nothing come on the terminal its shows and stay like this:

about my vps : i bought a vps on namcheap and a domain on hostinger i linked the vps with the domain everything good because i did install apache and when i did put the ip of my vps in the search bar i got the apache window so everything is fine normally , i dont know what you need beceause i did configure the nameservers also the records i think all is good , just one thing with the firewall i dont know how to disable it or how to add DMZ .
