updated readme file and the home page of documentation
Note:
All examples of ontologies that we explored, do not keep their releases in the live repo anymore and they just keep track of the older versions using GitHub releases or tags. But if we want to follow the accessibility rules of w3's OWL 2 Web Ontology Language specification, then we should make older versions of owl files and their documentations available at kgrid website like https://kgrid.org/koio/2.0 or https://kgrid.org/koio/2.0/koio.owl. In order to this we may need to reconsider keeping the releases folders inside the repo.
This work is based on the project plan for managing the koio.
