Restructure the repository

This work is based on the project plan for managing the koio.

• Restructuring will be done under a branch linked to this issue.
• Restructure the repository by

  • Getting rid of the releases
  • Moving owl file to the root
  • Update the documentation including Protégé's OWL doc generator
  • Fix the GitHub Pages deployment to deploy this documentation and the owl file on the kgrid.org/koio

• Releases are removed from the branch
• owl file is moved to the root
• context files are attached to the release
• documents regenerated using Protégé's OWL doc generator and updated to include the owl file link
• fixed the deployment so that the documentation is available at https://kgrid.org/koio and the owl file is downloadable from https://kgrid.org/koio/koio.owl
• updated readme file and the home page of documentation

Note:

• All examples of ontologies that we explored, do not keep their releases in the live repo anymore and they just keep track of the older versions using GitHub releases or tags. But if we want to follow the accessibility rules of w3's OWL 2 Web Ontology Language specification, then we should make older versions of owl files and their documentations available at kgrid website like https://kgrid.org/koio/2.0 or https://kgrid.org/koio/2.0/koio.owl. In order to this we may need to reconsider keeping the releases folders inside the repo.
