Create a tag and release for the latest stable version of koio1.0 #2

The latest stable version of koio was after the commit 4372d65 on Nov 30, 2023. The context files for the koio 1.0 and 2.0 draft version were used in knowledge object collections and reference knowledge objects.

Create release 1.0 from the commit 4372d65 and include the context files in that release.

koio release 1.0 created from the last stable version from Nov 30th 2023.

context files attached to the release:

knowledgeobject.jsonld: context file used for koio 1.0 knowledge objects
ko.jsonld: context file used for koio 2.0 draft knowledge objects
