Prepare new version for testing kgrid 2.0 KOs:

context file 1.1 in this version will be used as external context for kgrid 2.0 objects
fix ontology IRI
use imported upper ontologies (BFO, IAO, SWO)
add terms including
- Service
- hasService
- knowledge
- hasKnowledge
- SWO:isImplementedBy
- RO: dependsOn
- SWO: software
- IAO: algorithm
