Add key values for missing SWO terms to koio context files #32

add SWO key values like the following to context files. "CLI": "http://www.ebi.ac.uk/swo/interface/SWO_9000053" for command-line interface

Prefix for SWO is not used as an alternative way for clarity because then we need to use terms like SWO_9000053 in our metadata for command-line interface
