UI Organization

Simply UI changes to do 2 things:

• Organize the checkboxes/buttons into logical groups so they're easier to find
• Address minor inconsistencies in capitalization for checkboxes

I've you've got a screenshot of before and after that'd be pretty helpful, otherwise I'll check it out when I have time.

I'll upload in the morning. It makes the window a little taller, but not by much. Maybe 10% or so.

Also made this small change, giving each status bar a distinct color in statuses to be easier to distinguish at a glance

Looks good to me. Will probably make some more tweaks but I'll go ahead and merge it for now.
