Implement user settings #23

After https://github.com/kh90909/OakTerm/pull/22 is merged, these settings can be integrated under this issue:

Yes, sending data is working for me. Let me know if you have any problems with it.

Can I also request a "Local echo" setting which controls whether data sent to stdin is displayed or not?
