Change reset button to a dropdown button #29

Clicking the "reset" button is very easy to do, and there is currently no way to select whether you want to reboot a single device or all of them. Adding a dropdown to this button is a nice way of allowing a selection, while providing the user with a safety check as to whether they actually want to proceed with the action.
