feat(service): add wechat service #50

Description

A new service (wechat) was added, which supporting sending messenger to receivers through Wechat Official Account.

Thank you @araceae101 for your excellent work, everything is good. Just a minor change in the docs, can you please change Wechat Official Account to Wechat in README.md and home.md.
