Makefile variable name fix #3

In app_tone2 Makefile, the variable COMPILE_TIME is missing the first letter "C".

Hi TrimenZ, thanks for your feedback, please modify all OMPILE_TIME characters and submit them together, still not modify: sw_usb_audio/app_tone2/Makefile FLASH_IMAGE = bin/xu208/tone2-xmos-dual-v1.24-$(OMPILE_TIME).bin
