Wrote instructions for building from source #33

This PR adds a section to the README for building the library from source.

I am not sure if the instructions are accurate for today's Mac computers (the only one at my disposal is a 2015 Macbook Pro), so if anyone has a more recent Mac computer, please tell me if the instructions are inaccurate.
