The HTML reader is confused by tags with namespaces, such as o:p #274

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. echo "<o:p>foo</o:p>" | html2markdown
2. Observe that the result is "o:p\>foo\no:p\>"
3. Wish for the result to be "foo" and some tidy-style warnings about 
unrecognized tags.
