Colors support? #284

I know that for html we can use the <font color=red>sometext</font> syntax, but 
how do you do it for rtf/latex/other formats?

I couldn't find anything and I guess this is simply not supported for now.

Maybe a simple syntax for basic coloring could be added to the markdown syntax?

For now I used simple <red>sometext</red> tags with a custom .css file, which 
works fine for html but for rtf/latex/other formats I have no clue how to 
achieve the same.

Thanks for the great work, this tool is awesome!

I support this change, however i would like to be able to specify not only the 
font color for a line of text but also the background color, that way we can 
have color highlighting for tables as well.
