bug with non-zero width marks #25

I have a font with non-zero width marks (that are ligatures), and luaotfload (as well as ConTeXt) produces a very buggy output. Hans is currently working on a patch, it should be integrated when released.

Should be fixed in master, can you test it?

Seems OK now (it took me about two hours to manage to get a working and modern TeX system on my new debian install, but well, at least I can work again on these topics).
