[Exp2][Enviroment2]

Please do following changes :

1)change Random rand  to Random random

2)remove int tolerance

3)Change method name "double  GetRandomAngle()" to 
"int GetRandomAngle()"

4)change method name "double GetRandomVelocity" to "int GetRandomVelocity()"
