Weird bug when two players kill each other at the same time #51

It shows "You killed" and "Killed by" messages for both players though. But it doesn't send a message of the second kill on the main chat nor print it on death feed.

Monitoring to see if a05f4b26e509db52cfb0ec8c0864e62596442536 fixes it...
