Textdraws customization #71

It might be a good idea to add a third option in /style that is "custom" which takes the user to a textdraw editor (similar to the scripts on SAMP forums) which should give them full control over most of textdraws so they can make their very unique style. It'd be much better if implemented per player of course.

May be useful but I don't think many people will use. I wouldn't since the GM style is pretty now (for me).
