Better alert for not being able to access .torrent file #486

Hi,

I would like to suggest that the 'can't read .torrent file' alert is changed so 
that it suggests closing the app to add a downloaded torrent file rather than 
simply failing with no explanation. 

The alert displayed could be conditional on the version of android as I 
understand this problem only effects later versions.

Eg. Please close transdroid and re-add the downloaded torrent
