Support for TheSmartHost.co.uk seedbox service #504

I've noticed that Transdroid has support for several seedbox hosts, and I think 
it'd be helpful for everyone who uses TheSmartHost (mostly me though lol). They 
have some of the best plans available in my opinion and it would make a great 
addition to Transdroid!

I add seedbox providers on a sponsorship basis. The provide a donation (amount 
on a case to case basis) and I add attachments support for the client. So 
please convince them to support your favourite Android app. ;-)
