Add folder option to rutorrent server configuration #511

I have my rutorrent installation running through a proxy_pass on nginx.

I access the web interface with http://example.com/rutorrent, which proxies to 
http://127.0.0.1:8004/.

I need to be able to add the "/rutorrent" folder in the transdroid 
configuration, it seems to exist for Transmission, but not for rTorrent.
