I found this tool by accident and it seems to be very cool. As new user, I do not have any clue about the enviornment etc. Maybe, there are others having no idea. I added a link to offer a quick self-education possibility.
Background: I came from Stop taskbar from not autohiding when receiving notifications searching for solutions to stop the taskbar to popup. Via the DisplayFustion Forum, I came to "Taskbar Magic", which was found in this repository
