[SOLVED] NullPointerException when launch application #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build JVNMobileGIS
2. Run it
3. Press Launch

Should launch the application successfully but see the NullPointerException
instead.

Fixed by adding missing MIDlet attributes
