Checkins tab shows 'Recent Checkins' divider even if there are none

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit a venue that has been added and has no checkins
2. Switch to the Checkins tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect no visual output if no checkins (related: blank space for mayor) or even 
a helpful "No 
checkins here yet, be the first!" message

Instead, under the blank space (for mayor) is the blue divider "Recent 
Checkins" with nothing 
listed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest (8/30/09)
Cupcake (1.5)
G1 Dev Unit
