Certain characters show up in jumble

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change to 'Denver' and open up 'Denver International Airport - DEN'
2. Note the address (8500 Peña)
3. Note the silly output for the "ñ" 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected the correct character

Instead see a jumbled output

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest 8/30
Cupcake 1.5
G1 Dev Unit

Please provide any additional information below.

Like a problem if people have café and other silly names (and definitely a lot 
of usage in Europe I 
believe)

Hrmm... Might have to do with 4sq's backend changes. I didn't change anything.
