added cfg/graham.cfg to customize compute canada rrg account, and other options
consolidated some helper functions
overall reorganization of file/folder structure
other minor upgrades
NOTE: initial set-up now simply requires you to add source ~/neuroglia-helpers/00_init.sh to your .bashrc
